About Us

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving all those in need in the Sacramento area. We have been a level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home since 2011 and were the first to earn that designation in Sacramento. We offer integrated, comprehensive and supportive services to maximize health outcomes. About the Position

The Director of Operation will help to ensure the smooth operation of patient services, including patient support services, systems and process management, as well as project oversight and management.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in developing strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations.
  • Ensure that operational processes stay within agreed upon budgets and timelines.
  • Implement, manage and evaluate operation processes and procedures, in accordance with the standards and procedures set out by the organization.
  • Assist COO with project management and implementation of new process and procedures.
  • Helps to ensure operational compliance with collaboration with the Compliance Team.
  • Helps to monitor performance with collaboration of the HR Team.

Education/Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years experience in an FQHC.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Licenses and or certifications must be kept current and in good standing
